HOW TO ORDER
A vast majority of people who order an arcade from us want custom artwork on the marquee and control deck (included in price) and many want custom art wraps. We have developed this ordering process so you get the custom artwork and the exact arcade you want in a timely basis. To ask any question or to order by phone call the shop at 507-491-1894.
STEP ONE - ORDER
Send an email to retroreplayarcades@gmail.com telling us you would like to order an arcade or pinball. We need to know the model you want, and any artwork ideas you have, and if you want to include any accessories. If you have questions or prefer to text/talk, that's fine too (507.491.1894). We will respond to your email/text confirming we got the message and have artwork for you to approve in two days.
STEP TWO - PRODUCTION
We will send you the artwork. At that point you can approve it or let us know of changes. We'll work on it until your happy. Once approved, we will send an invoice to you via email asking for half down. Once that is paid (you can pay online), we will put you on the production schedule. Depending on the time of year, production can range from 1 to 4 weeks.
STEP THREE - DELIVERY
Once your arcade is completed, we will send you some pictures of the machine and set up delivery or a pickup time. At the time of delivery, we will place the arcade, go over the machine in detail, and collect the second half of payment. We offer a one year limited warranty on our arcades. With proper care and maintenance your arcade will function properly for years.

DELIVERY: AVAILABLE DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS
Our delivery includes arcade techs coming to your home, placing the arcade, and then going over the arcade in detail with you. The delivery process can take 30 minutes to an hour. If you live in Southern Minnesota including the Twin Cities Metro Area, delivery is free.
