How to Order
Thank you for your interest!
A vast majority of people who order an arcade from us want custom artwork on the marquee and control deck (included in price). So we have developed this ordering process so you get the custom artwork and the exact arcade you want in a timely basis.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us you would like to order an arcade or pinball. We need to know the model you want, and any artwork ideas you have. If you have questions or prefer to text/talk, that's fine too (507.491.1894). We will respond to your email/text confirming we got the message and have artwork for you to approve in 2-3 days.
We will send you the artwork. At that point you can approve it or let us know of changes. We'll work on it until your happy. Once approved, we will send an invoice to you via email asking for half down. Once that is paid (you can pay online), we will put you on the production schedule. Depending on the time of year, production can range from 1 to 4 weeks.
Once your arcade is completed, we will send you some pictures of the machine and let you know. Of course you can ask us for updates - some customers like lots of photos and updates throughout the process. Once it's complete, we'll set up delivery or pickup and get you your arcade. At the time of delivery, we will place the arcade, go over it top to bottom with you, and collect the second half of payment.
We offer a one -year warranty on our arcades. If something breaks, we will fix it. Our Facebook Page is filled with both artwork ideas, and happy customers.
Our delivery includes arcade techs coming to your home, placing the arcade, and then going over the arcade in detail with you. The delivery process can take 30 minutes to an hour. If you live in Southern Minnesota including the Twin Cities Metro Area, delivery is free. If you live outside the metro, please contact us for a delivery estimate.
